I cannot thank Matt enough for helping us design my engagement ring! After visiting a fair few shops I couldn't find a ring that made me feel engaged, we walked past JQ Diamonds and Matt popped his head out the door and asked if he could show us around. We were so grateful that someone took an interest in our experience! He explained all sorts of settings and diamonds and helped us choose what I believe to be the perfect ring. He pulled out all the stops to ensure I was able to design my ring and have it set the same day. Even by calling up and getting a new setting sent over to the shop. I am so thrilled I was able to walk away with my perfect ring and it's all thanks to Matt. He was beyond friendly and knowledgeable. It made our experience even better to see how passionate he was to help us. We can't wait to come back and get our wedding rings with you! From the bottom of my heart, thank you Matt and JQ Diamonds!
